Originally under the name "Tsinghua Xuetang", Tsinghua University was founded in 1911 and is one of the most prestigious universities in China. Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management (Tsinghua SEM) was established in 1984, with Premier ZHU Rongji as the founding dean. After 38 years of development, Tsinghua SEM has achieved remarkable achievements in talent cultivation, scientific research, social services, cultural heritage innovation and international exchanges and cooperation. It has taken the lead in obtaining the top two accreditations of global management education, AACSB and EQUIS, and becomes a leading economic management school in China.

Supported by the dual-employment faculty of Tsinghua SEM and Tsinghua SIGS, the Shenzhen Institute of Economics and Management, Tsinghua University (SIEM), recruits and cultivates post-doctors in 4 disciplines: theoretical economics, applied economics, business administration and management science and engineering. The existing postdoctoral fellows are affiliated to Tsinghua SIGS. The postdoctoral co-supervisors are full professors at the Institute of Innovation Management, who enjoy a good academic reputation and influence in the world. The Institute is still actively expanding its faculty members, and the number of co-supervisors will continue to increase in recent years. The institute welcomes postdoctoral talents globally, including overseas postdoctoral fellows and postdoctoral fellows jointly cultivated by enterprises.

In the near future, our postdoctoral fellow will serve as an important part of scientific research team, and will participate in the frontier economic research in the Greater Bay Area together with their supervisors, so as to contribute to high-level scientific research and promote the transformation of high-tech achievements in Shenzhen and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, which will also boost the talent cultivation and research output.
